As co-founder and chief visionary, André is the driving force behind the company’s growth and spirit. He thrives on being hands-on, contributing to every aspect of the flower shop – from marketing and process management to shaping the customer experience. What he values most, however, is the personal connection: meeting clients face-to-face in the shop or delivering floral art himself, ensuring each encounter reflects the passion behind the brand.
Sue Lobsiger, Head Florist & Trainer
Sue Lobsiger embodies floral excellence in its highest form. As a fourth-generation florist, she draws from a wealth of experience and a deeply rooted passion that is reflected in each of her creations. Her extraordinary design sophistication and her keen sense for sophisticated floral compositions make her the creative soul of our house. With dedication and professional brilliance, she sustainably shapes the style and success of our company.
In addition, she leads the training of our apprentices and interns with great commitment – passing on her knowledge and our values to the next generation with great sensitivity.
